I paid $25 for next day shipping and my package was “unable to be delivered” because they claim they couldn’t find my apartment. I tried to log into my UPS my choice account that I pay $19.99 for and was unable to update my information on my account. I called customer service and they claim they couldn’t update it either so I requested it to be held at an access point for pickup and they said I had to pay an additional $7.99 so I did. They say it was supposed to arrive at the access point they claimed it was unable to be delivered there either. Now they say I have to wait until next week for my package. They are really out here scamming people!!!
- LFL FH2 days ago4.0This is my go to UPS store during the week. Everyone is so helpful and customer oriented. However on the weekend its a different story. Whoever opens the store clearly does not want to work with the public. I keep my fingers crossed that other staff will help me then. They are great. This guy- not so much.
- ECEd Coughlin4 days ago5.0Went to the Berlin UPS store to return an item from Amazon because their instructions weren’t very clear William went out of his way and took charge and reprinted our label and explained what was needed with the return and gave us our receipt. Service like this is very rare today and William was our shining star and a great reason we will continue to use Berlin UPS

He provides stellar customer service and is supportive to the staff members he also supervises when they have questions or issues. This store is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and capable leader in William--he makes sure transactions at this location are seamless and satisfactory. I have visited UPS stores in other towns that pale in comparison, and I have moved my business to the Berlin location as a result. Many thanks for the excellent service!
- MMMarie MaselliNov 8, 20255.0William is always pleasant when I go in. On 11/4 he prevented me from making a shipping error. I had 2 Ring items in 1 box when I was supposed to ship them separately to get the refund on both pieces. Keeping them in 1 box would have me lose the refund d on the Ring camera.
