They couldn’t deliver the mail and the mail got lost and when I ask for refund, they didn’t issue any refund and told me to call ups customer service. When I call ups customer service, they told me to go back to the store where you shipped the package from. They waste me time and make me go back and forth. I paid over $50 for undeliverable mail and no refund. Very poor customer service. Should train you staff member on how to submit claims instead of sending your customer back and forth.
