    Let’s see? Why am I an unhappy customer? 1) No delivery on January 14th (3 calls and 2 chat conversations to customer service). 2) Rectification for 1/14/26 was promised on January 16th at 4:29 pm (2 calls and 1 chat). Recv’d text at 4:29 pm “Ooops! There’s a delay in your order. It’s is rescheduled for January 21st”. Called customer service to cancel service but was promised (3) deliveries at 50% off and free delivery for January 21st. 3) 3) It is January 21st as I’m typing this and NO DELIVERY!!! Whelp, now we know why I’m calling customer service this evening to cancel service and pick up the water dispenser (mind you that I paid the rental fee for the dispenser days ago) I haven’t used since 1/13/26 when I initially anticipated my 1st delivery. How to lose a customer in LESS THAN 60 days!!! This needs to be studied…

    If I cannot give this company any stars I wouldn’t. I was supposed to get my order today 12/8/2025 from Primo Brands delivery, I stayed home from work all day waiting for these people to deliver the water , only to find out they cancelled my order with out explanation, no calls , text or email and when I called the customer service they don’t know the reason for the cancellation. They want to give me their timing when they will deliver the water smh . I am so disappointed how can you run a company like this that is not reliable? they will loose a lot of customers/ business like this . I had to cancel my account with them today and told them to come get their equipment and empty water bottles from my home. Worst company ever, guys stay away from this company if you do not want the headache.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. It used to be a good brand but the drivers often do not show up and leave water outside even when the business is open. Laziness at it's best. It was great until Primo took over. No discipline of the drivers. A complete mess. Avoid.

    I would give this company one star if I could! I've given them months to take care of these issues and I've had it!!! We've been customers for 4 years. Until we moved into an apartment building, everything was fine. But for the past six months, some incompetent useless driver just drops off the huge 5 gallon jugs in the vestibule of our building. It's a tiny area before you get into the atrium of our building. There are mostly senior citizens who live here who have to try and get by these things. We've been fined by our condo assoc. After 10 customer service calls and countless emails, we are left with 14 empty jugs in our apartment. I cannot understand how a company the size could have such a terrible customer service and such shoddy drivers. It's pathetic. And what kills me is when you're on hold with them they say how important it is to get the empty bottles back to them!! It's RIDICULOUS!!! Today's their last chance They promised the bottles will be picked up today between 7 AM and 6 PM. And I've let them know that if they're not, I'm bringing them to the recycling center.
