- JLJennifer LacyMay 7, 20231.0I've used this post office for over 15 years, shipping 700–1,000 packages a month. Under the new postmaster, it's gone downhill—no support, no consideration. I was told I can’t use the back door anymore, even though all she has to do is take the bags and bring them inside. It was a courtesy on my part not to clog the front area, and there's no reason a hopper can't be brought out. And I realize now why everyone's complaining.
