  Christina Cignarale was very helpful getting documents notarized so that I could refinance some auto loans. I would recommend people go here for shipping needs, their staff is very supportive!

  Do not use this location I used this UPS location to send out my niece's birthday card. I wanted it delivered on her birthday and spent $42 for 2 day shipping. Over a week later my niece texted me thanks for the card and I asked her when she got it. When she told me an hour ago I went down to the store to obviously get my money back. After multiple apologies the person there said they would submit my "claim" and I'd hear back from them shortly. After not hearing back from them I returned to the store, only to be told I missed the 15 day window for refunds. I said that's impossible and after more excuses, they said the manager would refund me personally--just come in when she's there and she'll give you your money back. Twice I showed up to be told the manager wasn't there and there wasn't any instructions so there's nothing they can do. The third time I went back in "the manager" was there and told me this is the first time she's heard of any of this and she'll having a meeting with her employees about this first thing Monday. She'll also submit my refund request and will call me with the results. And now after multiple calls today I finally hear back from the manager, who informs me, sorry I missed the refund window. But don't worry--if I use their service again and I encounter the same problem they will make sure I get my refund. UPS: Next time we screw up, we'll do right by you (maybe)

  Shout out to Christina at ​the UPS Store location in Avon. She provided truly excellent customer service and was so patient wit us. She was incredibly helpful and professional when assisting us with notarizing our will. Highly recommend this location!

  Service was okay, but $5+ fee for them to reprint a label because their reader couldn’t pick up on the one already on the package. Emailed them the full label while at the store and literally all they did was print it out and stick it on.
