Everytime I go to speak the woman behind the counter is extremely rude an unhelpful, would not even get off her chair to look for my lost check that should have been delivered 3 days prior. This office needs to be investigated for theft! Not only that but my mail has been a consistent 4 hours late all week, they blame it on a "substitute driver". No help at all at this location, no wonder there rating is poor. I hope they all dont get paid for weeks so they know how it feels
