- RBRonda BodkinsApr 23, 20211.0Called the Yuma, CO post office today to try and find out why I was suddenly being charged over $4 for a stiff flat letter. I was screamed at, talked over and couldn't ask the questions I wanted to. I was simply told if a letter doesn't go through a machine it's a package. Which is false. I was also hung up on. I called the post office in Akron, CO, got great service and they listened and answered questions. They also agreed I was charged incorrectly. I have contacted USPS and left a complaint. I have worked in customer service and was NEVER allowed to act like this woman did- I was told it was the post master I was speaking to but I am not sure who the employee was.
