No attempts are even made, but recorded as attempts so there’s no way to know when you’re getting mail. Sometimes leaves notes for a pickup, sometimes just drops it off in the mailbox with no signature or drops the packages in a snowbank or mud, sometimes they just return to sender with no notice. Not friendly and very rude when asked to do their job. Incredibly unreliable services.

After speaking to Robert at this facility & Charles the postal master they have promised me that going forward they will address this clause with ALL customers going forward and no assume that everyone reads all the details on the disclosure when they pick up keys. The process of picking up my keys was a major nightmare because the postal service has my road name spelled incorrectly. I am very disappointed with this postal service & hope they will correct this issue by addressing the rule of not delivering to homes that live more than a half mile from the mailbox with EVERY CUSTOMER, EVERY TIME!!! Assumptions are not acceptable!!!
