I put my address on my package but you have to go in and apparently fill out a request form to request to have packages delivered to your address? What? Anyways I go to pick up my package and she tells me that it isn’t there so I travel to the other post office in the snow and Ivey roads to be told it isnt there at least they checked I guess so I go back to the main post office and wait in line so I don’t have to deal with the same rude lady I dealt with before just to be given my package that I initially came in and asked for. If I could give 0 stars I would I have been to this office numerous times and she has always been nothing but rude. In my line of work if you can’t be respectful then you dont need a job so why doesn’t the same apply for other customer service jobs? And if it was a choice I’d say save yourself the trouble but it’s not a choice to receive the packages that I need to run a business?
