Parcels with a street address are returned immediately when they arrive. They go through employees faster than any business I have ever seen. Who's fault is that?
- ADAlina DiachenkoFeb 18, 20251.0THE MOST HORRIBLE POST OFFICE!!!!! they never deliver, there is never a single employee to pick up the package, but they send it back to the sender IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! and I have been sitting outside the office for an hour and have to wait for an employee to give me the package and I am not going to work because of this because it will be sent back in the evening. and it is completely impossible to get through to anyone!!!!! I hate USPS

It makes you appreciate a small town post office. One question, what would it take to computerize the PO? It would make the Post Office staffs job a lot easier, faster and efficient.

You send a shipment out not knowing which carrier will be used (UPS/FedEx/USPS) so you have to put the physical address and the PO Box address on the shipment. Post office receives it-- won't deliver it because it has the physical address on package. Shows up at post office with PO box # listed-- packages returned as undeliverable.
