- P裴裴PeggyFeb 13, 20265.0Stayed here for a month and had several USPS deliveries. Just a heads up, this area doesn’t have street delivery. To receive your packages, you’ll need to use General Delivery Winter Park, 80482 as receiving address or get a PO Box. Another option is to bring your tracking number, name, and receiving address to the post office and ask them to hold your package instead of returning it to the sender. Packages can be held for up to 14 days, but I highly recommend giving them your tracking info in advance so they can hold it properly. Rhonda at the post office was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful — she explained everything clearly. Because of her, I was able to receive all my packages without any issues. Also note that even if your package shows “delivered,” it may take 3–5 business days for them to process and have it ready for pickup. Overall, a smooth experience once you know how the system works 👍
- VFV FJan 10, 20261.0Went to pick up a package three days after it was delivered and it was not yet ready for me. While waiting in line, the man in front of me said he had, for over a decade, paid for an annual PO Box, and it had expired in six months. PO Box expiring before its time had happened to me as well. Take pictures of receipts and have any and all documentation on hand when talking to these employees. They are seem extremely reluctant to help in most cases. The middle aged man wasn't there today. In his place was a younger "I don't care man".

The lady with the accent (Rhonda?) took my call at 7:30 this morning when I asked her if my package was there before got sent back to sender. She makes excuses to get off the phone and not do her job, then gives it to Austin who tried to help. This lady is a piece of work, I called again tonight because my tracking showed updated and showed she sent it back!!! I tried calling and she again tried to avoid doing anything, then started screaming at me and hung up on me. Then hung up each time I called.
