- SHS HMar 18, 20265.0This is my favorite Post Office. The women that work here are absolutely great. Ashley is so nice helpful and so is Oleina. I often have questions, and Ashley always has answers. Ashley helped me with 40+ boxes and didn't act like I was an inconvenience. I would like to thank them for being kind and patient, I often have lots of boxes to be shipped. I have no idea why others review this place poorly. I have never had an issue with this Post Office and my packages make it out on time.

I literally work in customer service and understand that this isn’t the most easy line of work, but I approached her with kindness and respect. I was simply asking if she could tell me what address the USPS system had on file for me because i haven’t been receiving mail for the last 6 months. I now understand that isn’t how it works, which is totally okay. Not a big deal, had she just kindly told me they don’t have access to that information it would’ve been one thing. Instead she rolled her eyes so hard at me I thought they were gonna pop out of her head. Told me “Well you should know where you live” in the most condescending tone. So rude. I’m sorry that for whatever reason your life is miserable but don’t make it someone else’s problem. Get a new job. Maybe one where you don’t have to deal with customers since you seem extremely unhappy.
