Had a great experience today at the Windsor post Office thanks to Ashley.
I had several questions and Ashley answered them all with a smile and was very accommodating.
Thank you Ashley!

We really need to stop giving tax dollars to USPS. Let their massive failures become self evident and cause their collapse as capitalism intended.

I don’t know her name but girl with the dark hair in a pony tail was so insanely rude. I literally work in customer service and understand that this isn’t the most easy line of work, but I approached her with kindness and respect. I was simply asking if she could tell me what address the USPS system had on file for me because i haven’t been receiving mail for the last 6 months. I now understand that isn’t how it works, which is totally okay. Not a big deal, had she just kindly told me they don’t have access to that information it would’ve been one thing. Instead she rolled her eyes so hard at me I thought they were gonna pop out of her head. Told me “Well you should know where you live” in the most condescending tone. So rude. I’m sorry that for whatever reason your life is miserable but don’t make it someone else’s problem. Get a new job. Maybe one where you don’t have to deal with customers since you seem extremely unhappy.
