The person behind the counter, who had a string of grey stars attached to the outside of her nose, kind of gross, told me this was not good enough. She said putting the return label on the box could damage it and affect my return. Why she could not put the box in a plastic bag like she just did with another return I just brought in is beyond me. There seems to be a lack of customer empathy in this store. See the attached for the package/box I am talking about.

There is always a huge line and they get through it so fast and efficient. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Keep it up. I drive down here from cheyenne because the one up there is trash and this one is great.
