- BRBrandon R2 days ago2.0I will not be coming back to process an Amazon return or use them to ship anything. I patiently wait in line well before he closed. While n line I was advised the are no longer processing shipments. I was told oh well you ca come back tomorrow. They could only do an Amazon return and that was it. Even with that I hade to by a bag to ship it back rather than use what it came in. Will use Whole Foods for Amazon returns where that is not a requirement to buy something to ship a return. FedEx will now have my shipping business as they will help an be polite about it. Wha they could have done was close the door and help the customers that were in the store rather than turn them away. They are more focus on leaving than taking are of their customers
