  I have been in the store multiple times and have had very good experiences. It was definitely busy at the holidays but expected. Mac(k) is awesome! She is always patient and kind and seems to go out of her way to help the customers. I hope that she is valued by the company. She makes any long lines worth the wait.

  Every time I've come in here, mostly for Amazon returns. Which is quite often. The people who work here are extremely fast, helpful and friendly! Even if there is a line out the door, they get through everybody extremely fast. So if it seems like it's going to be a long wait, I still always get in and out of there within 5 to 10 minutes every time. 🙂

  Poor employee was by herself this morning and had a large rush at opening including phone calls. She remained calm and professional. Good Job!

  Amazing community, everyone’s working really hard while busy or not. Everyone there is staying on task, and doing their job while staying positive and in a great mind set. Faith and Mickey really deserve the raise! They’ve been helpful and very respectful and patient. Thank you for the experience and the wonderful community here!

  My go to UPS location for all my Amazon and TikTok orders / returns, mainly because FAITH and AUBREY are such lovely ladies who take customer service to the next level, and do so with kindness as well as efficiency, which matters most. Great employees like them are a blessing. Thanks yall!
