- MMmelSep 17, 20241.0instead of delivering my package on the expected date, it was listed they “attempted” to deliver it and sent it back to the post office. the reasoning was of the customer’s request. i didn’t request anything. i just want my package. it’s not that hard to do a simple task. this isn’t the first time i’ve had issues with my mail. extremely disappointed with the service and wish they have different staff that actually fulfill their job and not slack off

I had everything g I needed to open a PO box and she was snippy and condescending. I will never come back to this post office because I was so THOUROUGHLY DISGUSTED with this womans awful attitude and mannerism. I have never had such a ridiculous customer service experience!!!!!!
