  This has been my go to UPS store for a very long time. I think a couple of years ago it went under new management. The crabby lady who grumbled at everything is gone. Now there's a guy named Rozohn and he's awesome. Always helpful, polite and professional. I was there one time, waiting in line along with 4 other women and this blustery man came in and demanded to cut in front of everyone else because he just needed to pick up a package. He got really rude and obnoxious and was yelling at Rozohn, who never lost his cool. I on the other hand did not refrain from telling the guy off who left in a huff. But Rozohn never blinked. He just smiled at all of us and took care of business. Whatever I bring in whether Amazon return or UPS package or USPS mail, he's there to help.

  I have used this UPS store in Wheat Ridge (off of Youngfield, near King Soopers) 3 times in the past 2 months or so. Twice, I had the same unfriendly guy and once a really nice guy. The unfriendly guy is a little taller. Sorry for the painful details, as I try to demonstrate how the one guy is a subtle jerk. He does not great me, but motions for me that it’s my turn; and as I approach the front counter, he takes a deep breath like he is exasperated. I apologetically state that I don’t have a printer at home, and ask if he could please print the label and return packing slip. He pointed to the email address taped on the counter where I could forward my label. I explain I left the box open in order to place the packing slip inside the box. I indicate that I brought tape, if needed. He mumbles something like “tape it up;” and I don’t understand if he wants me to get my own tape. I ask him if I should get my tape, and he nods, so I get my tape out of my car to tape up the box. Sorry for the painful details, but while the one guy is not outwardly mean, he is just putting out some bad vibes. The other guy is a warm fuzzy.

  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! I have always relied on the Wheat Ridge UPS store for my printing needs, Amazon returns and international mailing. My father in law recently passed away and I turned to this store to print out the programs for the service. I emailed the request and wanted to print one program to quality check it. The image was off when folded- and I went to fix it (I had my computer with me) but the employee, Rozohn saw I was struggling and fixed it for me in a flash. He was so kind it made me tear up. The customer service here is top notch. Thank you Rozohn!
