Luckily, I ran into Odette, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She offered to take my package and even added fragile stickers to make sure it was handled with care. What a queen! Thank you, Odette, for going above and beyond. Your kindness really made my morning!
- LLLeeOct 16, 20254.0Was expecting an important package. Tracking status showed as “delivered at mailbox” but it was NOT at my mailbox. I had received several packages/letters addressed to my neighbors in my mailbox in the past, so I immediately assumed my package was misplaced. Drove to this USPS location and was told the supervisor will call the delivery driver guy to comeback and find my misplaced package, and they did come back within 2 hours and was finally able to receive my package. I do appreciate the efforts but I would prefer the packages not to be misplaced.

We didn’t have a all the documents needed for my baby passport appointment and the guys was very patient and waited for me to come and fortunately. I got back on time. We need more compassionate people like them.
- SSSarahAug 17, 20255.0I absolutely love this location. Its Not constantly busy, unlike the 103rd and Washington location witch is never not constantly busy. But other than the decent wait time, the staff may be a little slow but their wonderful people who are happy to help you with anything you need or to answer any questions you may have. They also have two self check-out kiosks where u can now service yourself, buy stamps, and finally even prints out your already paid shipping labels, if you lack a printer, like I do.
