  UPS is not typically a business I would be inclined to write a review for but felt inspired. Really wanted to shout out Gabe as he has always been an excellent resource at the store. Regardless of how much of a mess things are with Black Friday returns or the holidays Gabe is always positive, professional, and welcoming.

  The Westminster UPS Store is one of the most efficiently run businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with! The workers are friendly and easy to work with every time I've stopped in. This is my go to stop for all Amazon returns, and any printing and binding needs. Their prices are the best I've seen for the services they offer! And the quality is always top level. Special shout out to Venus and Griffin for their fast and friendly service! It's a pleasure doing business with this store!

  I shipped a gift to my friend to use for Thanksgiving. My friend was not home, so the packages went to the store for pick up. When my friend showed up she was not allowed to pick up the packages due to not showing the correct information ( tracking number). When I called the store to try to sort it out, I was told that my friend did not produce the tracking number and that she had a rude attitude, and for these two reasons she was sending the packages back to Williams Sonoma. The female manager who I spoke to admitted that the packages were still there but due to those two factors, no reconsideration for delivering the packages would be made. Additionally, she yelled at me the entire time, barely allowing me to say anything. When I asked if I could please discuss my point of view politely with her, she accused me of being rude, and said I was just being nice to get my packages delivered?! Wow! What happened to customer service?.. Listening to the customer, trying to help create a satisfactory outcome? Not punishing the customer because they might have been upset a during the problem solving process? Absolutely shocking! I’m not sure why this employee was hysterical and rude over what should have been a simple problem solving situation for UPS. I hope the owner will read this review with care, and have a meaningful talk with your manager!
