It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to see him 3 times. He even hopped on the phone with me to customer service and advocated for me. He has gone above and beyond the service that is typical and I deeply appreciate him. My friends that had to accompany for one of the times, as witnesses, even commented about how amazing he is. Please please please give Rowan an amazing bonus and pay raise! He deserves it! He is also very protective of his staff and I witnessed him being vigilant of a possible altercation and ready to jump in and support his staff. He’s amazing. I will recommend anyone needing a notary, to go to this location and see Rowan. 🩷
