I asked a question because what Rae was telling me contradicted what the instructions on my shipping said. She immediately went off on me saying that she’s worked at FedEx for 6 years if I have a problem with what she’s saying then I can wait until 10 to speak with her manager. I kept asking her to not escalate and she kept just going off on me. As others have said this is not the first time she has been rude to me but this by far the worst experience I have had with her. Management needs to do something to address this behavior.

Nina and Rae went above and beyond during a very stressful time, helping me find the best solution to ship my belongings from Colorado to my new home in Spain. They were kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—offering multiple options and taking the time to walk me through each one. I’m thrilled to share that my computer arrived safely today, thanks to their expert packaging!
