- MSMary Santos2 days ago1.0-1 star to be exact! The customer service was horrible…Rae was rude and opened the box I was shipping to make sure all 4 items were in there that were disclosed to be in there. I have never seen a packaging place violate privacy and blatantly open a package to see what is being shipped. Then she continued to ask me if there were 4 items, I told her yes and then asked if they were damaged. Could not understand why I was having to answer so many questions. In addition to the first package, I tried to return a bottle of perfume that was unopened, she said I would have to go to a dangerous fluids shipping facility to do so. I asked her, how did they ship it to me then? She said they must have gone through one. The company I was returning it to, provided clear shipping instructions as if they haven’t had any issues in the past. Steer clear of this FedEx location.

I asked a question because what Rae was telling me contradicted what the instructions on my shipping said. She immediately went off on me saying that she’s worked at FedEx for 6 years if I have a problem with what she’s saying then I can wait until 10 to speak with her manager. I kept asking her to not escalate and she kept just going off on me. As others have said this is not the first time she has been rude to me but this by far the worst experience I have had with her. Management needs to do something to address this behavior.
