We live in a mountain community with limited shopping and I just want to be able to place an order on Amazon and receive it without feeling like a horrible person for doing so. My husband died less than 3 months ago and as a result I donated all of the items I had in our home to the community and am working to make a fresh start. The fresh start involves receiving replacement items for my new home. I feel like I should be able to receive them without judgment and comments and just a generally awful experience. I will work with you to do whatever needs to be done and I truly don't understand why packages are being routed to USPS from UPS. I do not wish undue work to be caused for anyone. Just want to get my mail without the venom.
