The staff here are pretty cool. One of them is so lazy they didn't even use the computer to look up a tracking number. they told me to go online while I'm standing there and find it. The most frustrating thing here is they are too lazy to put stuff in the lockers. Having a package delivered on Saturday that would fit in a locker and there are several lockers unoccupied and to receive a yellow slip so you have to wait till Monday to go in and personally walk up to the desk with the slip and get a package that would have fit in the locker is DUMB and they know it. There's nothing more frustrating than having to wait two or three days to get your stuff because of their pure laziness. If there are several or a dozen lockers unoccupied there's no excuse for not putting a package in there instead of giving the customer a yellow slip in their PO box so that they have to wait till Monday and go to the counter to get it. Put my stuff in the locker. If there are lockers unoccupied stop making me wait till monday. They close at 11:00 and sometimes the Amazon stuff doesn't show up till about 10:30. If there are lockers open, put my stuff in a locker. You're laziness is frustrating costs me time and money. Put my stuff in a locker on the weekend how hard is that to understand!

Thanks to the drivers, packers, shippers, and late night shifters. Long live the USPS. Founded in 1775 - Thanks, Ben Franklin! ;)

I had a problem with a package delivery - no fault of theirs. They could have sent me away, but instead helped me get my package before it was returned to sender.

Very friendly to being very rude and unhelpful, have had several instances were my packages have been given to the wrong people. Upon calling them or confronting them about it they have gotten very belligerent with me or just hung up on me.
