I don’t understand what is going on. Unfortunately, I work in Wellington and I send a small package to my grandsons weekly so I have to use them.

They are taking 0 responsibility for the fact that their employee didn't scan in the package and lost in. Plus, everyone here is the most unpleasant group of people ever. Every single one seems to hate their job and hate interacting with customers. Additionally, we got a very rude letter accusing us of stealing a package that was misdelivered supposedly to our home. We never saw any such package. Truly the most incompetent and unpleasant post office in existence
