- AWAndrew WestoverMar 18, 20251.0The woman who i dealt with today is extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a huge favor by grabbing my package that was almost returned to sender, because I made one tiny error and due to that one tiny error proceeded to lecture me like she was my mom, and told me I am only doing this one time like it was a huge deal. I am disabled veteran who has had multiple traumatic brain injuries and is currently recovering from one so excuse the hell out of me for making a mistake I am doing the best I can. I left this town 16 years ago to go to the military and come back to be treated like trash by a woman clearly on a power trip. Is that really the type of person you want representing your local post office. I have seen several others complain about her. Why is she still employed and not being reprimanded and retrained on how to be polite and courteous to customers. The post office needs to do better, and if she is rude to me again I will file a complaint with the post master, because no one deserves to be treated like trash. Do better walsenburg post office.
