- KBKarl BreneisenMar 28, 20263.0It is truly remarkable how despondent one becomes even anticipating a visit here. Service ìs hit or miss both at the window and at your residence. The building itself has missing window panes and doors, and a 4 wheel drive is recommended for navigating the parking lot - most of the derelict autos are removed now, thankfully. This facility is a sad representation of our community, considering the median income around here.

Went in on a Wednesday between the 12-3pm “walk-in appointment” time posted on the government’s website. After 5 minutes of standing in line and ringing the bell with no attendant in view, a worker finally walked up (while talking on his cell phone). He told us they don’t do walk-ins, even though it’s posted on the government’s website. He offered to make us an appointment to come back tomorrow morning, at the same exact time our original appointment was set for.
