    Awful customer service. My package arrived on the day before christmas with a gift for my mother. They told me it arrived but I need to come back after Christmas because they haven’t “processed it” yet. Zero empathy and awful logistics, it’s obvious when you just don’t care about your customers.

    The worse post office I’ve ever been to. I’ve had not one but 4 packages marked as delivered but it’s not in my box or they’ve lost it.I go to the post office to pick up my packages and nowhere to be seen.I asked them about it and they can’t find it anywhere. It took them 3 days to locate one of my packages. Stop marking packages “delivered” and “in parcel locker” if it’s still “processing”
