She is so sweet and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that could have easily been brushed off. My passport had been delivered, but due to an address issue, I never received it. When I came in to ask for help, Mrs. Sarah didn’t just give me a standard response—she took the time to personally look up the tracking number, investigate the delivery, and even went the extra mile to contact the local mail carrier, Ozzie, to assist in locating it. Thanks to her effort, professionalism, and genuine care, I was able to recover my passport. Mrs. Sarah is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like. If every USPS location had employees like her, the level of service nationwide would be on another level. - TKT. K.Mar 10, 20231.0Don't ever use this location for a passport. Completely messed up our daughters chance to go on her school trip abroad and now we have probably lost out on the deposit. PS. If this happens to you locate the passport office handling them, find the mailing address, and send them a letter begging someone to contact you. Someone did contact my wife and she repaid them over the phone with credit card and they processed the passports.

I can track my packages and have confirmation that they have been delivered to the post office, but they take their sweet time actually putting my packages and mail in my PO Box. I have even had packages that I had delivery confirmation with a name of who had received it "disappear" for up to three weeks until I threatened to call the police for theft. It magically showed up the next day. This post office is notorious for being absolutely terrible. I'll reiterate here what several other locals have said - this post office is in shambles. Get a new postmaster.
