  The staff is incompetent which is forgivable if you don’t know how to use email or the systems, but the rudeness is staggering. Also half the time the one guy doesn’t charge me. I always ask him to charge me properly. I guess he wants the couple of bucks to print stuff as a tip.

  I came in with two Amazon returns on Sunday Sept 14 @2pm. It looked like the employee was vaping, he was coughing when I came into the store and was rude immediately. He tried telling me I couldn't return my first package because it wasn't in a "shipping box" even though it was double boxed. I told him I could go online and change it to where I don't need a box. Then with my other return I brought in in the original shipping box that it came in and he made me take the box with me instead of shipping box. He threatened to cancel my returns if I didn't take the box with me and then told me he was the manager when I told him I was going to complain to his boss.

  Really personable staff, there was a super long line but the employees handled it so efficiently and stayed professional the whole time. Had an expensive package and it was handled with care.

  I don’t know why or how this business even exists, they’re never able to handle shipping anything
