Please close and eliminate USPS. Much better service is provided by UPS. If not for government subsidies they would close on their own due to inefficiency and incompetence.

I take shots of booze every time I need to go to the post office because I know what I'm about to experience.

I’d like to open with; the counter clerks are exceedingly lovely and always kind and helpful. I hope their pillows are cool on both sides and that their favorite snacks are always in stock. The phone menu not having an option to speak to any physical person at all is deeply frustrating. Moreover, the rate at which they mysteriously cannot deliver the packages that they have driven all the way out here, just to drive back and return to the sender is getting to be egregious. Trying to get assistance with why the packages are being returned - from higher ups specifically - is exactly as helpful as shooting yourself point blank in both feet, then doing the Charleston. The manager of the establishment was openly annoyed before I’d even began asking about what had become of my would be belongings, then told me it was MY fault that the items couldn’t be delivered. He quibbled with me about the P.O. Box as if this same hot mess express hadn’t happened whether it was on there or not. Sure, it’s important, but there’s less than 300 folks in my particular town. It cannot be this hard.

The antsy, short, bald, white gentleman was "extremely" rude. My package got sent back to the post office and all he said was "I'm extremely busy and have no time to look for your package" Dude sounded like he hated his job and took it out on me. Poor Service Trinidad and shame on you for that!
