- ABAlex BodeMar 31, 20265.0Don’t go there, the lines are short, I just learned that you can even drop off USPS with them (my fault I can’t read the label). The staff is super friendly I go there just for the smile! And then to top it off, they even take the audacity to go the extra mile to know how to best and fasted do international shipments. Outrageous, don’t go there because you are surely going to make the wait longer ;) Seriously, they are great!
- MKMeg KremerMar 30, 20265.0Big shout out to the two employees (young man with dark hair & young lady with long dark hair)were extremely helpful to me today as I had a panic moment thinking I had boxed up my passport inside an Amazon return of a suitcase. They looked for the box & were unable to find it, took a copy of my receipt to try & flag it & also furnished me the 1-800 number with helpful info about how to get the pkg returned to the store. They went above & beyond for me in a kind & professional way. Kudos to them. Excellent customer service in a world where some employees just don’t care.

Both processes are always quick and easy. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out! In the 2 years I've been coming here, I've never had a remotely bad experience.
