I waited over 30 minutes in line and was removed from it before I could even make my request. The employee knew exactly who I was, knew my mailbox number, and there was never any question about whether the packages were mine. Despite that, she dismissed me immediately instead of handling the request properly. At the same time, there was a family opening a new mailbox who did not have a physical second form of ID. Instead of denying them service, the employee accepted a digital insurance card and proceeded to print it out for them so they could continue. That is what makes this situation impossible to understand. If digital identification was acceptable for them, what exactly was the issue with me? What makes this situation even more confusing is that after all of this, she ultimately gave up and allowed me to take my packages anyway—without verifying my ID at all. That raises a serious question: what policy is actually being enforced here? This employee is inconsistent and unclear in how she applies the rules. One day my digital ID is accepted, the next day it is not. One day procedures are followed, the next day they are ignored. There is no consistency, no clear communication, and no professionalism in how customers are treated. I am not upset about policies themselves—I understand rules exist. I am upset about being singled out, dismissed, and treated differently while exceptions are clearly made for others. That is not how customers should be treated. I would have remained a customer for years, but due to inconsistent enforcement and poor staff training, I canceled my mailbox and took my business elsewhere. This business did not lose me because of a policy change—it lost me because of how that policy was handled. During this interaction, the employee told me, “I will take you out of this store myself.” I was literally threatened for wanting to pick up my packages and be treated fairly. I am not a violent person. I never once threatened her. I have been respectful every time I walk in. The issue is that I am given different rules every single visit, and for an employee to imply physical removal over a simple, legitimate request is completely unacceptable.

Wow. This place is expensive. I wanted to ship Christmas gifts. Quote was 250 dollars. She said post office would quote me that too. I'm glad we didn't go with your quote. Post office 3 days not even 40 dollars Wow don't understand huge difference in prices to ship for Christmas. Both has insurance and signature conformation. Closer store isn't always the best. I recommend Quote from both and go from there. May surprise you. 250 was way too much for me

Allen always does a great professional job whenever we go to this location. He has a good personality, I would recommend going to this location because of Allen.

We had a great experience getting a file notarized and sent off with Allen. Allen handled everything in stride, including working with customers in different languages and ensuring that our notary still had attention to detail and accuracy - he was lovely and we appreciated it. Management needs to staff more fully, especially during the holidays, as there was a line out the door of different needs that included passport photos, returns and regular shopping, which isn’t fair to staff.
