I had an Amazon return and because I was close to my work I decided to take it to this location. I had a print and ship label on my phone and at the UPS store near my home in Aurora, I take My phone to them and let them scan the barcode so they can print an official label and they are happy to do it no charge. This guy was rude dismissive and didn't seem to care. He said he was unable to print it from the barcode which was an absolute lie. He could have said it's our store policy not to do that. He just missed me and said you can email it to that email address over there and I'll print it for you five bucks (as he pointed towards the register) and that's just how he acted towards the whole situation. I understand different stores have different policies but his shortness and outright lie that they can't do something I know they can do was just unacceptable. I would avoid this location at all cost because it has horrible customer service and that must flow down from the top with directions not to be customer friendly or helpful.

The last couple times it has glitched in the process off returning my Amazon packages but Christian has helped me both times and turned what could have been a pain into an easy experience. Each time Christian has handled the situation perfectly! Just gets it handled and with a smile. I definitely appreciate the no nonsense, get it done attitude. Great store! Thank you Christian, Great job!
