The young man was professional, unloaded my items. Scanned the shipping labels, worked up packaging cost. Paid the amount due, received tracking info, and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I see a lot of negative comments here. Wonder if they show the UPS the person the same as what they expected to be treated.
