My transactions with the UPS store #1412 have been excelent. I give them five stars on; friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understanding.
About UPS deliveries; only twice has UPS gotten it wrong. Unfortunately on one the package was heavy and I have to retrieve it from my neighbors house. The other, I got a package for some guy in Arizona. How that happenned is amazing!

I took glass cookware to this store & paid for fragile packing & shipping. It arrived shattered. They packaged it stacking glass on glass & bubble wrap around the stack, then packed in a box that was too big so it moved around in transit. The other box I shipped on the same day was lost. This is pure incompetence & lack of care for customer's items!

This is the worst location I have ever been to. It’s always a problem when I go. This is the 4th time I’ve been in this week to try to return a package. The first time was my mistake for not having the items packaged myself. My QR code for the return was scanned and I was told they could just void it. I left and returned 3 other times. QR code did not work and I had to leave until I got another one. My items showed that they were in transit from
UPS back to the place of return. Yet I had my items still with me, never returned!!! This time the place I was returning an item to had to send just the label to be printed. Why is it my responsibility to print the label when I had to get this resent because of your mistake in the first place?! There is still no accountability that that the QR code was never voided in the first place.

I Have to correct my last review when I realized that the problem was with corporate and not the actual ups store. I give the store 4 stars because they do the best they can.
