- TMTamara McCormickSep 11, 20251.0A FedEx driver come flying into our residential neighborhood past the house and it took another house for him to stop that's how fast he was going. He turns around and exits just as fast. I called to file a complaint and I'm told we have no control over our drivers. Are you kidding me you hire them you train them but you have no control over their attitude and their behavior. I bet if there is somebody killed because of a driver acting like an animal there will be legal and liability against FedEx who hired them train them and are allowing these people to drive in this manner. This is a major business these people work for FedEx and are controlled by FedEx. The fact that FedEx told me that they have no control and really don't care says exactly why these drivers are behaving the way they did. This occurred as the grade school kids were walking home this is a neighborhood there is a school close it is 15 miles an hour not 50. Yes FedEx you are responsible for the behaviors of your drivers and have an obligation to make sure that they are properly trained licensed certified and are acting appropriately within the community they are working for you .

She was very efficient being the only staff member there and helped all customers as fast as she could, considering she was doing a 2 person job. She was pleasant and helped get my package out on time. I would recommend if you need to go to a FedEx you do consider this as an option and hopefully you are greeted by Ash, a wonderful associate at this FedEx store!
