He's absolutely amazing and couldn't possibly be more of a help to me. As someone who is starting a buy/sell/trade business and has LOTS to learn about shipping... He's been the biggest help/source of knowledge about the shipping side of things. Now that being said everything else about this place is in shambles... From going up there all day off and on to ship customers products out and no one being there ON A FRIDAY/SATURDAY, one of the previous women being as nasty as could be towards me, the low amount of shipping supplies they have in stock... and so many other issues... It's truly a shame that they can't seem to get the gentleman who works there some actual help.
