- SJSarah JeffersFeb 20, 20265.0I have to send large amounts of mail from this office once a month, and the employees are always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Today, I had to add extra stamps to over 150 envelopes (due to a mistake on my party). An employee, Devar, personally helped me add stamps to all of them. It was very helpful and nice of him to do, when he could have let me do it myself. I really appreciated the friendliness from him and the other employees, especially Jeremy and Brie.

The lady running the desk was rude to me and couldn’t find my appointment. okay, my fault. then racially profiles me and thinks im part of some random asian family? Like we don’t look alike at all, idk what she’s on. I make a new appointment for Tuesday, come in 10 minutes early like they ask, no one’s at the desk. 20 minutes pass and finally someone asks me if i’m there for the passport desk, like duh? i tried calling them during that 20 minutes but the number leads to some random ai voice assistant that can’t understand my regular american accent? i’m writing the review here waiting for service still. highly disappointed, only came here for photo services but should’ve just done that in my own time and gone to the boulder usps. Avoid if you can, i’d drive further to go to a better usps
- ARarrian RangerMar 5, 20205.0If you think this location is bad, just try the one in Lafayette! Best one I have ever used is the one in Longmont. Drove there one year to avoid the mile long lines at local PO's. I was back before the last person in my line was served!
