  Decent UPS store. Charged me $2 to print a single shipping label though. Seriously? Everywhere else does it for free. Will happily raise rating to five stars if that policy is changed.

  I hope this review makes it to the business owner of this location so that they can understand how their employees are handling business here. If i could leave a ZERO, i would. If you see this, plz watch the security footage to see how your workers are lazy, outwardly rude, challenged by communication and unable to do the basic requirements of their job. I missed a package delivery to my business location… was told to bring my ID and come pick it up. I show the Indian guy my ID as well as the notice left on my door. He tells me the package isn’t here. He also goes on a lengthy lecture about how UPS and USPS are different and to go find my tracking number. Remind him this is a gift show him all the correspondence that proves it is in this location and i don’t have access to a tracking number as im the one receiving it. He looks to the next customer like “please leave and come back when you have it 💀” I ask him to look up my business name as it may have been addressed to that. He tells me he can’t do that. I proceed to show him all of the correspondence that shows that this package is there …… he tells me none of that is helpful without a tracking number. This package was a gift so there’s no way for me to obtain it. I ask again for him to look up my business name he finally gives in and does. What do you know?? It IS there. Should be easy from here on out. Wrong. He asks me for the business’ ID CARD. I said what… ?? I’m the owner. What do you need for me to verify? He repeats “a business ID card” Me (confused) don’t know that these even exist…. Would you like to see the business taxes?? Certificate of good standing? TIN number like? Bank statements?? No. Just business ID CARD lol Other employee hops in to tell me I’m a security risk….. beyond frustrated at this point… i repeat…. WHAT PROOF WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME? I start opening our business website, i pull up our socials… my e mail…. Searching for anything since the only one they’ve asked me for literally does not exist. Indian guy looks at the package and says “oh. Your name is on it. I guess your id can work….. next time you need to bring your business ID card” 💀 (Weird how all of this could’ve been avoided by him double checking the package) Other guy chimes in to remind me I’m a security risk and “to be more careful next time” I said sir. That does not exist. If you’d like me to bring a different form of ID how bout you guys let me know that in 1 of the 4 e mails you sent me. Or tell me what else can work?? I don’t appreciate being spoken to so rudely. Dude proceeds to tell me IM the rude one 💀 And that i shouldn’t use UPS if i don’t like the verification process (that literally doesn’t exist) I said buddy… this is about a 2/10 on my ride scale and gently reminded him that i had NO CHOICE in this as i wasn’t the one who sent it. Lol he asked me to “just go” I said ok can i have my package first please lol Asked me to sign and I’ve never left a business faster in my life. The irony of all of this. Being mad at me for picking up a bday package lol only to get yelled at and demanded a form of ID that literally does not exist. Then told how rude i am. Please know that if this dude is there the next time a package is sent to me… i will absolutely not pick it up and will do ANY thing possible to send it literally anywhere else. I’d fly to the location if it meant not having to work with the employees here. This incident happened on March 30th (my bday 😂) at 12:30pm Sincerely… doc Em See attached photo for proof of what a security threat I am.

  I paid $200 for insurance for a musical instrument. The instrument incurred over $1000 in damage by UPS, so I went to their shop to file a claim. I was told that the insurance only covered lost packages (which I wasn't told when I purchased the insurance)! The owned was supposed to call me weeks ago, but he hasn't yet.

  Fantastic service! Needed to print a flyer, the center associate was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely use their services again
