- VWVibiana Wesson-BowersDec 10, 20241.0I agree with TheDabbMan. Jessica is the manager that did the same thing to me back in 2019 right after she took over the position but she sent back my son's SSI redetermination letter. Well when any mail gets returned to SSA they immediately shut down your account. This happened 2 weeks before Christmas that year. It took me until March of 2020 to get things figured out. 3 months with no money. To this day I believe she did it to prove her authority. I questioned it when my tenant wasn't able to get mail in my box. The come to find out for 8 YEARS they charged me for my box when it was supposed to be 'free of charge' and then she REFUSED to give me a refund. What BS. I go to Bennett when possible. If she's there I walk out. I can't stand even looking at her.

- GWGlenn WallaceJan 19, 20245.0I went into the post office last week with two packages that I needed to ship to Australia. The clerk on duty was unbelievably cheerful and helpful. She took time to explain to me some of the nuances regarding the customs declaration page. She also hinted that I could save money by combining the two packages since they were going to the same address. She was fantastically efficient, and even though there were two other people waiting ship their own packages at the same time, we were all in and out of there in just a few minutes. Not only was she helpful and cheerful, she even laughed out loud at some of my worst dad jokes ever . Customer service like that is commendable and should be rewarded with 10 stars at least. She made my day.
- TTTheDabbManApr 24, 20181.0Sent mail back to sender after I had mail forwarded there for two months obviously out of spite because she told my roommate I never came and introduced myself, had no idea you have to check in with Supreme Leader when you move into Strasburg. I also find it worth mentioning I totaled my car and one of the reasons I had my mail forwarded was to make sure I got my police report, insurance papers, etc. which were all returned to sender. Will be getting the name of the culprit and be reporting to post master/inspector immediately, this is completely unheard of in 26 years I’ve never experienced such a power trip from a civil servant and I dealt with them in the military, so that’s saying something.
