- MTMonica TurnerJun 12, 20241.0My experience has been horrible. I have lived here for two years and have been to the post office 7 times in regards to my mail. I often get told " Ballots are a reason your mail has slowed down, " or " you should make sure you let the company know your address has changed". Isn't that what the post office is for???? Worst experience ever with delivery services. Actually, a one star rating is too high
- MBM BAug 30, 20232.0My mail is getting lost left and right... almost about to stop using USPS all together. Wouldn't say it's all this office but the whole USPS system of sending package to Denver before back to sterling if you have change of address, but some bills I never receive or receive a month later, package I don't ever receive, and this is just stuff I can track.
