Wanted to give a shout out to the front desk clerk Amy. While I was standing in line and waiting, noticed that she remained completely calm, professional and helpful with her interactions with customers. She was the only person working up front, and although the line was long, she not once appeared stressed, or tried to rush anyone through the process. Awesome job Amy!

They cannot figure out how to deliver to physical addresses ( I live a few blocks away). I love the clerks, but I shouldn't have to talk to them as often as I do, which is once every week or two. I'm not always

What a joke. Mailed something to Steamboat certified, it got there on August 25th and never got delivered to my bank. I called, amazingly enough someone answered, she assured me she’d call me back with info. Nothing. A bank rep went to the office to inquire. The post office fully admitted they had it and lost it. They lost our important paperwork, I paid a nice fee for certified, and what’s the repercussion to them? Not a thing. Plus, my important paperwork is just floating around with zero cares from them. Are they seriously this inept?

They don't do their job and just return everything to sender.
