    $6 to print a single shipping label off the computer because it kept freezing, then charged for all 10 minutes.. Most of the employees are great, but the kid with the vest and backwards hat really sucks..

    Terrible experience. Lost multiple packages even though tracking showed them as delivered. Also can not pickup my packages even though tracking shows them as arrived. Would avoid this location if possible.

    Called about getting an Amazon shipment (which they don’t accept) BUT apparently their phone lines are connected to Amazon & UPS. Select Amazon (because we’re calling about Amazon shipments) you get into Amazon phone line circle hell! Had to recall and ask about shipping to get the actual store. Frustrating!!!

    I'm not sure why these drivers cannot seem to read the instructions to my house. I very clearly spelled it out which house is my house. I gave everything but GPS coordinations and they still are incapable of delivering to the correct house. I feel bad for my neighbor always having packages delivered to his house. Its not only my packages either. Its the entire neighborhood. Also FedEx never gets it wrong. Only UPS 😕🤦
