- RMRyan MackaySep 24, 20251.0Extremely unprofessional. I was told they would hold the package a few minutes after closing for me. I got there and waited. I could hear them talking, asked if I should leave or wait and they refused to respond. I was there not even 5 minutes after we had gotten off of the phone.
