- KAKen AApr 2, 20261.01 star doesn't even do justice for how bad this post office is. I waited 2 years to write this review just so i could give them a fair chance. Ive had it take anywhere from 1-4 days to actually have packages ready for pick up after delivery, often on the higher end. There archaic system means no digital notifications, so you have to arrive and check your Po Box to even know if its ready. You'll probably go at 1:30pm thinking it cant be that bad. Only to find out it takes 30 mins for these workers to move through 3 people ahead of you. No sense of urgency or efficiency at this location and honestly rude and incompetent staff for the most part. Highly recommend finding an alternative method. You’d be better off driving to denver to get your mail. Hope this helps.

He went out of his way to snag a very important package for me that was delivered to the wrong post office. He called me to tell me he successfully retrieved my package and put it in my box. If I could give more stars for Ryan, I would.

- JDJacob DroletJan 27, 20261.0Tried to call 4 separate times to see if I could schedule a pickup time for a package that says it is behind the counter, or just have them put it in my box instead of keeping it behind the counter. The phones just rang for 20 minutes then hung up, no message option no anything. I also called usps customer service and once I finally got off hold they asked for my tracking number then hung up and sent me to the survey. They didn’t even get my full tracking number before hanging up on me.
