The phones just rang for 20 minutes then hung up, no message option no anything. I also called usps customer service and once I finally got off hold they asked for my tracking number then hung up and sent me to the survey. They didn’t even get my full tracking number before hanging up on me.

Don't worry, I understand we are here to support your jobs and we just need to accept basic consistency is not an option with these lazy postal employees. I'll go ahead and continue to make the extra several trips to accommodate this post office when I shouldn't need to...of course I have no choice.
