- VVVeronica6 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them to figure out a package that was supposed to be delivered but ended up not being delivered. The lady told me that it was out for delivery and would be there by a certain time. That was a LIE! It still hasn’t been delivered yet and I am very upset that I was lied to and basically hurriedly talked to when I was trying to get more information about what was happening.

No local contact information and even the other drop off sites in town curse them if you call and ask them why a customer can NOT reach a human for ANY sort of assistance. Our local USPS has been a raging failure for the last decade and it seems fedex has joined the decay.

I drove from Leadville to pick up a package and arrived just at noon, but the doors were already locked. I had to waste an hour until the office opened again. I counted at least three employees, so why does it have to be closed at the most convenient time for people to visit?
