The staff is very helpful, friendly and knows how it is for people to live away from big cities. And the postmaster has a lot of experience. I love going there and because I live remotely this is where I get my parcels. I used to be a UPS fan but that office changed it. I am puzzled by the low score of other reviews. I have returned for 3 weeks and TWICE have had a failed daily delivery of a replacement credit card!!!!!!!!. I have gone 3 days without (3 to date) with no mail pick up nor delivery. I run a professional business our of my home and I will NOT tolerate this incompetence I will reach out each and every time to complain. Every third time I need to complain, I will move up the ladder of power. Everyone up here complains about the new mail delivery person. Please address this.
