It’s not their fault that USPS in general can be frustrating re: timing, prices, etc. Give ‘em a break! In my experience the staff at Silt are rarely kind and friendly in comparison.

Im military and needed these documents to arrive by today for some things I need to get done since im not in Colorado at the time. I told her my instructions were clear that a signature was not required she insisted that it did. I asked if there was anyways I could get a hold of the person delivering the mail she said no. Finally I asked if they get the package back and her carrier is wrong and she refused to help me out how do I hold them accountable for their mistake. And guess what she hung up on me. Its sad to see that someone would treat our military memebers that need help like this.
