People step out of line all the time...after having waited 20-30 minutes standing there. Sorry. I'm sure they are all super people but the service and professionalism is lacking.

In fact all of my packages and mail have been returned to sender without notifying me. I only learned through the senders. Additionally several of my packages have not arrived still from Christmas, all sent USPS Priority. I had one finally arrive to my sister with a giant hole in it and soaking in the rain (the package contained children's books for my niece). I can't get through to the main Ridgway office and have been put on hold. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the main office. I'm pretty upset how poor the service is and will not support the post office after this.
