- JEJohn ErnestSep 6, 20241.0If you are purchasing something from the post office , you likely won’t have problem, BUT if you expect some employees to provide good typical ordinary customer service, like keeping a list of all 100ish houses in this town and looking up customers name and Box number, FORGET it!! One VERY helpful, caring employee and others would seemingly LOVE the chance to send your packages back to sender at your expense in time and money. My job 1 at every job I’ve ever worked at was customer service/satisfaction. What a freakin’ concept!!!
