I was trying to be calm about why I didn't receive my package she told me I need a apartment number on the package and I'm the only one living in the apartment for two years! no one has lived their she says someone could move in tomorrow obviously she hasn't been delivering packages in a long time. Otherwise she would known no one has lived thier in years she made sure I didn't get it when it could had been easily fixed by just writing the number on the package and telling me to fix this for the future instead I get talked down to in a rude manner. When I'm already upset it's not showing here but I kept my cool the whole time why she gets technical and made sure I didn't get my package by telling them to take it off the truck instead of a easy fix and told him to return it to sender when I was right their and the package to fix the mistake. Anyway worst Costumer service ever from only her.
