Not only are they rude and inpatient. But they want to go through your pre-packed stuff because of somebody's complaint. Not okay and not acceptable. Why do I want them to open my box that I spent time wrapping up for them to redo it. I don't want them opening somebody else's personal mail that I'm sending. However that is now their policy that they need to go through your packages before they ship them. Find somewhere else to go, privacy and discretion is not acceptable at this place.

I’ve been waiting on my package since Friday, and instead of getting help, I was met with rude and unprofessional customer service rep. The lady didn’t even know what to do, had a bad attitude from the start and acted like I was the problem for trying to figure out where my package was. I updated my address like I was supposed to, but no one clearly explained anything or tried to help move things along. When you’re already frustrated waiting days for something, the last thing you need is someone treating you like an inconvenience. Customer service matters, and this place seriously needs to do better.
