I live at an apartment complex that has a contract with this company, and apparently, contacts is all this joke of a security patrol cares about. I've called this company on my inconsiderate neighbors several times, and most of the time, NOTHING gets done because they only schedule ONE officer per night (dispatch answers hundreds of calls, yet only ONE officer scheduled each night). Hey Soldiers Security, 5-star ratings are EARNED, not given (you don't even deserve 1 star). If you guys want 5 stars, then HIRE MORE NIGHT OFFICERS! I'll be awaiting your response.
- DMDesire MasonNov 10, 20161.0I would like to give NO stars. This is the worst company in Pueblo!!! They do nothing they say they will (even in a contract), and then they want to be paid. The aren't even a legit company. Most of their "employees" (usually found the day of the event via Facebook) don't even have licenses or qualifications to be guards. Beware of the guy who answers the phone......he will ruin your event like he did mine!!!!!!!! EMBARRASSMENT!!!
