    Okay, I called the location on Elizabeth after I accidentally my took my UPS package there. I used the kiosk and was given a receipt. I didn’t think twice. I’ve used the kiosk before because some staff act inconvenienced if you try to take it to the counter. I’ve been trained. I go home and discover the mistake because I’m preparing another package. I called the Elizabeth location and spoke to Candace who did not want to give me her name, Candace told me that I did not have a receipt. She told me it was not possible. I told her again that I had the receipt. She finally checks the package tracking and confirms it’s an invalid number. She tells me the packages are gone. I ask her what happens next. She tells me I can call a phone number although my call won’t get returned and says “good luck”. She also says that my package will sit at the warehouse on a shelf and that it won’t move until the warehouse decides to send it or not. She tells me I can go to greenhorn and ring a buzzer and “you might get someone or you might not” and explains “there is no customer contact”. Okay, this is real bad customer service. I ask for her supervisor to see if I can get help. I wanted Candace’s name for reference sake. She says her supervisor can’t do anything. I stated that someone at their location should be able to teach some at the other location, she tells me “no they can’t”. Great. I called the other location and felt defeated. I didn’t leave a message yet they called me back!!!!!!! Jesus called me back immediately!!!!!! They gave me the BEST customer service ever and explained what would happen. Amazing!!!! The Elizabeth location needs to do better. One time I went there to pick up my package and was told they don’t hold packages. I was fuming and advised them it was there because I got the notification. Hesitantly, the woman looks up my package after I insisted and it was there. SMH. This entire scenario with the ups package was my mistake but the service I got was horrendous. It was like living out a horrible movie scene. I shop here and I use fed ex s lot. Most of the staff are excellent. Maybe some staff need a little more training. I would have been happy with her simply checking my false tracking number on my receipt and saying she didn’t know what would happened…and then telling me someone will reach out to me tomorrow….nope….”good luck”

    TLDR :The representative Candice is absolutely amazing!! Today I went to send a package. While filling out the info I made a mistake on the destination and I missed catching the mistake when reviewing the info before finalizing the shipment. I didn't catch the mistake until I had the receipt. This was totally 100% my fault. Candice spent nearly an hour helping me figure out how to fix the problem and stayed way beyond her shift to make sure I was taken care of. This level of customer service is so rare. I can't say enough good things about this location because of Candice. I was pretty disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to send my package and was gonna have to come back. Thank you so much. You changed a bad day into a good day. Helping me out they was she did was way beyond what was necessary. Candice you are a rock star. Thank you!
