    We have lived in our home only a month. We keep getting mail, notices for packages, and stuff that requires a sigalnature, for the previous resident. And no matter how many times we mark the envelope "No longer at this address", or tell the postman that the previous resident no longer lives here, they continue to put those very same, clearly marked envelopes in our mailbox, and, still knocked on our door expecting us to sign for mail/packages that are not ours.

    This location has repeatedly misdelivered packages and important pieces of mail. No accountability for their mistakes. Just a bunch of employees who make it clear that they hate their job.
