Never get a po box here. The location is in 1 zipcode the po boxes are in another. If you accidentally use the zip on the door then the main sorting facility won't be able to figure it out and just return to sender. If you pay for accepting packages from other carriers it often either gets delivered to another location in the strip mall, or if again you mix up the different zip codes it gets returned to sender.

Not only were they not helpful, they were rude. Terrible customer service. I'll drive further away to avoid this place.

Kevin, the USPS clerk, was so rude to me about using the island before the clerk’s desk to prepare the box I purchased at that post office. He told me I was in the way and being inconsiderate of others- when there was no one in line with me. I felt so uncomfortable and asked for a manager, to which he told me I could go to the main post office.
He just had a couple before me that also had issues with his level of customer service and they even asked to be attended by someone else, to which they didn’t get that relief.
Change your attitude, I was nothing but kind and you let your last interaction affect how you treated me before I even go to your desk.

2/3 of the people there seem to have attitude, both of the ones I’m talking about gave me attitude over wearing a mask ( I have long been fully vaccinated , And have intense chemical scaring in my lungs from the gulf war) during the height of the pandemic the other when the signs on the door clearly stated if you you have been vaccinated a mask is recommended( but not required)
The third guy is super chill and super friendly, he is definitely a keeper but the other two need to step up or step out

The rudest customer service I have never encountered! There were two guys working. The one guy was helping someone and I filled out an envelope and walked up to the counter and shoved what I was shipping inside. The guy I went to told me to move aside so he could help the lady behind me. A lady that had nothing packaged at all. I told him that I was ready all I need to do is seal the envelope. He said well I can help her while you are doing that. It takes two damn seconds to seal an envelope!! I refused to move in the two seconds it actually took me to seal and he was completely rude, rolling his eyes at me and sharing his head. Word of advice. Don't hold up the line for more than a millisecond. They weren't even busy at all and the lady behind me walked up to the next guy like half a minute behind me. Be nice jerk face!!
